01 Introduction

Welcome to Badak178. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Badak178 ("Badak178", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at badak178.cam ("Platform", "Site").

Badak178 provides online casino games, sports betting services, live dealer gaming, and related products to eligible users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including registration, account operation, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in promotions, and all wagering activity.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Badak178 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit amounts credited to an account under a specific promotional offer, which remain subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Badak178 before processing withdrawals or when required by compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the Badak178 website, web application, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces accessible at badak178.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Badak178 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling platforms is restricted, prohibited, or requires a specific local licence not held by Badak178.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Badak178, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Badak178 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or payment processors.
5. You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by Badak178 for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform.
7. You are registering voluntarily and are not acting under duress or at the direction of a third party.

Badak178 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle, including at the time of any withdrawal request. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed, with any Real Money Balance returned subject to compliance review.

04 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Badak178 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Valid date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above
• A valid and accessible email address
• A current Malaysian mobile phone number
• A preferred deposit and withdrawal method consistent with your registered identity

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. Badak178 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the User has failed to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to our support team immediately via live chat.

05 Terms of Use

By using the Badak178 Platform, you agree to the following obligations and prohibitions:

You agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• Provide truthful and accurate information to Badak178 at all times.
• Notify Badak178 promptly if your personal details change, including contact information or payment method ownership.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming and wagering.
• Use the Platform in good faith and refrain from any conduct that disadvantages other users or the integrity of the Platform.

You agree NOT to:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraudulent wagering activity.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempt to launder funds or use the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Register using another person's identity or payment method.
• Transfer, sell, or assign your account or any associated balance to another person.
• Engage in systematic "bonus abuse" — including patterns of low-risk hedged betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine sporting or gaming risk.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Badak178 operates a Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) wallet. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and payouts are denominated in MYR. The Platform supports the following deposit channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — typically credited instantly
• Bank Transfer via FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect — typically 5 to 15 minutes
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow — typically credited instantly
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20, Litecoin (LTC) — typically 15 to 30 minutes depending on network confirmation times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional compliance checks are required.

Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum withdrawal amount of RM100 applies. All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully cleared before a withdrawal of any real-money balance is processed. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before the first withdrawal from any account is released.

Badak178 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000. During such reviews, the relevant funds will be held pending satisfactory verification. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered email address.

07 Bonus & Promotions

Badak178 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., "10×" means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal).
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: typically MYR 250 per round or bet selection, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets above this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses have defined expiry windows (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited at expiry.
• Game contribution toward wagering requirements varies by game category. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Badak178 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

08 Betting Rules

Badak178 offers sports betting on events including but not limited to: English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, MMA/UFC, and other international sporting events. Casino games including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and crash games are also available.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet placement.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, except where a Cash Out feature is available and explicitly offered for the relevant market.
• Badak178 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual Players at any time, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting bet placement or settlement, Badak178 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This is not a guarantee of winnings.
• Mix Parlay bets (multi-leg accumulator selections) are governed by the specific rules published for that product type. Where one leg of a Mix Parlay is void, the rules for that bet type will determine whether the entire ticket is voided or whether remaining legs are settled.
• Minimum single bet stake is RM1. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

09 Responsible Gambling

Badak178 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum amount that can be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications reminding you of how long you have been active in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: A one-click exclusion option that prevents access to the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is non-reversible during the selected period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Badak178 Platform — including but not limited to the Badak178 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of Badak178 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Badak178's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

Badak178 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance windows, technical failures, third-party payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain account credential security.
• Losses resulting from decisions made by the Player based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or analytical tools.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Badak178 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

12 Suspension & Termination

Badak178 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Use of the Platform by a person below the age of 21
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory direction

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of account closure for breach. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request (and no breach has occurred), the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Badak178 operates its services on an international basis and reserves the right to select the applicable jurisdiction for dispute resolution at its discretion.

Players who access the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for determining whether such use is lawful under local laws and regulations. Badak178 does not represent that the content of the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

14 Amendments

Badak178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect Player rights or obligations, Badak178 will provide notice via the Platform and/or by email to the Player's registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the date of last revision clearly indicated.
